i love the tentacles, i positively love anything with tentacles. it was a good and original idea to add them in

I've also seen that you've done many versions of this. This is my favorite because it hasn't becomed cluttered with too many tentacles, and causes the viewer to wonder as to the circumstances for a wet girl to be surrounded by tentacles. (Naughty!)
Also, the obstruction of her face is a nice touch. Seems incedental at first, but it adds so much just by not making it a typical vanity shot.
