Photographic Attempts April 10 by j3concepts Photographic Attempts April 10 by j3concepts
Architectural photos I've taken for my photography course starting April 2010. By no means pro, but practicing and thought I'd share. All shots taken with a Canon Rebel XSI and 55mm Lens.

Will be posting all my photography at :iconjthreephotography:

Pretty good but keeping busy as hell really. Besides my actual work I've spent quite a few hours during the last 6 months to fight a pro graffiti "war" here in Finland - Many battles have been won and as a result at least equally many have begun. It's tiresome but... I've never been a lover but a fighter so I suppose it suits me.

Oh, almost forgot to mention that I'm now living together with Tiina (whom you met in Berlin) so life's good in many ways.

How's life treating you? Keeping it awesome? :)

these are such great works, the night time photos are more comforting and welcoming than a lot of professionals work is, i prefer it :D.

Nice but try 18-105mm or 18-200mm Lens. It's better :) For example I try 18-105mm : Yesterday and it's look good. Good stuff + technics and you could shot like a pro.

Have fun man !

Most superzooms are shitty.

Stick with primes.

I agree with you mate, the more of a zoom lens you use the less sharp your photo is going to be, especially around the edges of the photograph.

Not only that, primes let a lot more light in too (great for low light) and give you creative control over focus and depth of field.

Exactly. Do want to get my hands on a wide angle soon though, suggestions?

Tokina 11-16mm 2.8, Sigma 10-20mm, Sigma 12-24mm. I'd say steer clear of the Canon 10-22, it's overpriced for what it is.
